Bonjour, je viens de me rendre compte que mon dernier relevé d'opérations de mon compte courant est au 31/01/2013 à la place du 31/01/2012 c'est BALO.
Je me suis certainement trompé à la saisie lors de la création du relevé.... J'ai voulu changer la date de relevée de chaque opérations relevées dans mon relevé. Bref, il est impossible de modifier la date de relevée de chaque opération..... Comment faire?
J'ai penser à recreer des opérations courantes à partir des opérations relevées de mon relevé... ça marche.... par contre il est impossible de supprimer une opération relevée dans mon relevé.... c'est REBALO
En résumé, dans BM, ce serait bien d'avoir la possibilité de changer une date d'une opération déjà relevée dans un relevé sachant qu'aujourdhui on ne peut pas changer cette date, on ne peut pas supprimer une opération bien que l'on puisse recréer une opération courante avant cette éventuelle suppression... Je suis en BM PE version 60. Dans l'attente, merci. Cordialement.

Pour changer la date du relevé ,le seul moyen et d'effacer le relevé et de le recréer avec la bonne date.
Pour effacer un relevé ,il faut aller dans les paramètres du compte,onglet "relevé" et "supprimer" le relevé.
Après la suppression ,il ne reste plus qu'à repointer les opérations et valider le relevé.

Il n'est possible de supprimer que le dernier relevé (pour les mêmes raisons), mais la manipulation est simple est rapide.
Attention : lors de la validation, BanqueManager vous demande toujours confirmation de la date choisie et vous prévient même lorsque la fréquence change...

Bonjour, j'ai recréé mes opérations de mon dernier relevé dans le compte courant. Maintenant, je suis prêt à supprimer ce dernier relevé et j'ai suivi la méthode de Cricri "....Pour effacer un relevé ,il faut aller dans les paramètres du compte,onglet "relevé" et "supprimer" le relevé..." MAIS quant je suis dans la fenêtre "Compte [Modification]" puis dans l'onglet "Relevé" je ne vois pas comment supprimer le relevé. Il y a bien le bouton "supprimer" mais je pense que ce bouton sert à supprimer le compte courant et non pas le relevé. Pouvez vous m'aiguiller pour supprimer le relevé?. Merci. Cordialement.
voilà la procédure détaillée
-Onglet Ruban "paramètres"
-dans le ruban cliquez sur "Comptes"
-choisir le compte où le relevé est erroné
-cliquez sur l'onglet "niveaux"
dans cette fenêtre choisir le bouton supprimer avec une croix rouge (en dessous du bouton "voir")pour effacer le dernier relevé
à ne pas confondre avec le bouton "supprimer" qui est entre le bouton "nouveau" et "valider" qui lui efface le compte

Merci Cricri, la procédure a fonctionné j'ai pu supprimer le dernier relevé. Le seul hic après fût ensuite de supprimer les opérations en double dans le compte courant. En effet, avant de faire la manip, j'avais recréé les opérations du relevé dans le compte courant et le fait de supprimer le relevé, les opérations du relevé sont revenues se créer dans le compte courant. En fait, je pense que le fait de supprimer un relevé, fait que les opérations sont recréer dans le compte. Maintenant, l'affaire est soldée. Je vais passé le sujet en réglé. Cordialement.

quand vous effectuez un relevé elles ne sont plus présentes dans l' "encours" du compte
mais elles sont toujours présentes dans le compte .
dans le journal de compte en haut de la fenêtre vous devez avoir une case de sélection avec "encours" de marqué dedans.
il suffit de sélectionner "liste bornée" et vous retrouvez les opérations relevées avec la date du relevé.
quand vous effectuez un relevé elles ne sont plus présentes dans l' "encours" du compte
mais elles sont toujours présentes dans le compte .
dans le journal de compte en haut de la fenêtre vous devez avoir une case de sélection avec "encours" de marqué dedans.
il suffit de sélectionner "liste bornée" et vous retrouvez les opérations relevées avec la date du relevé.
