Gros soucis : après la mise à jour dernière version, plus moyen d'utiliser BM :
les écrans de saisie s'affichent fugitivement puis disparaissent sans laisser le temps de saisir quoi que ce soit.
Désisnsatallation totale puis réinstallation : toujours le même souci aussi bien en ouvrant base existante.
Aucun moyen de créer une nouvelle base et de récupérer par sauvegarde : l'écran de saisie disparaît tout de suite.
Revenu à la version 3.0.10.57 tout est normal sauf problème affichage Toolbox en cours
Impossible de générer des traces : erreur inconnue

Toujours au même point : quand je tente l'installation de la dernière version (57) tout est apparemment normal jusqu'à tentative de rentrer une opération : l'écran apparaît deux secondes puis disparaît sans aucune possibilité de saisie.
J'ai installé BM 3.0.10.57 sur mon ordinateur XP sans aucun problème : tout fonctionne normalement.
Pour mon fonctionnement quotidien j'en suis réduit à utiliser la version 56. (avec toujours le problème des menus déroulants dans la Toolbox _ mais si c'est disgracieux et légèrement plus long, ce n'est pas rédibitoire)

Pouvez-vous essayer aussi une version bêta de la 3.0.11.58 (par exemple la 3.0.11.58 bêta 7) ?

Bonjour,
J'ai tenté en vain d'envoyer des traces : erreur inconnue, le processus s'arrête quel que soit le procédé employé (agent ou exécutif).
Le dossier LOGS fait 40 Mo, zippés 20Mo refusés par mon Opérateur (trop volumineux).
J'ai zippé en deux fichiers et deux envois, acceptés par mon opérateur refusés par le votre.
Je peux zipper en unités de 1Mo (disquette) et faire plusieurs envois mais quelle capacité votre opérateur accepte-t-il par envoi ?

J'ai envoyé les traces de la versions portable il y a une dizaine de jours. J'espère qu'elles vous éclairent sur le problème.
En ce moment en vacances pour quelques jours, j'utilise la version portable 3.0.10.58 PE finale sans aucun problème à partir d'une clé USB sur un ordinateur équipé en XP alors qu'elle est inutilisable sur mon ordinateur personnel W7 premium. (aucun problème sur les menus déroulants de la TOOLBOX non plus).

Le problème de ToolBox était dû à un souci de compatibilité lorsqu'Aéro est désactivé (ce qui est la cas sur les versions Home).
Je suis par contre un peu moins confiant sur le souci des écrans fugitifs qui semblait également lié à Aéro.
